FROM MY EXPERIENCE and LIMITED KNOWLEDGE
In life & death situations little / erroneous knowledge can get you killed
I enjoy studying medicine, natural ways for human body & mind maintenance, improvement, enhancement and of course traditional martial arts, which themselves contain components like foot reflexology, study of bone structure / muscle / nervous / organ elements for all: attack, protect and cure.
For the past days I've been going thru a severe viral respiratory infection. Have not gone to doctor since after peak (end of 2nd day, start of 3rd day), I started feeling better, there is no increasing or high temps. and I've been able to breath well in normal circumstances.

If, after first 48-72 hours of feeling ill, I am not improving then I rush to medical emergencies. I've had 2 pneumonia - first one I caught in Asia after a spending a very cold Winter night out with rain and wet. The 2nd one probably was some poorly maintained air-conditioning. The 2nd time, I was hallucinating and had pain on he side of my chest.
I spent several long stays in Japan for studying and training Ninpo. Two to five week stays were hairy but at one point spent 2 years in Japan. I am not a wealthy person, my money, up to 3 years ago came from software development and servicing. As a freelancer, I earned somewhere from 1,500 to 7,500 bucks a month. Given ticket money, housing and other expenses, my money was limited.
A visit to a Japanese hospital can be very expensive. So, I couldn’t afford to fall ill. In my 2 year stay, I learned how to research Internet and do a type of diagnose, a very superficial one, but in many cases it helped me rest assured that I did not need any immediate medical assistance and could go on with my training. 95% of the time, my plane tickets would be super-cheap ones with set return dates, so it would be a one number, all you got, gamble.
The guest house where I stayed many times would charge extra for [expensive] electricity, so I couldn’t afford air con or heating. I was one of the few loons who’d brave it in February and March - would freeze my ass off at night. In the morning would rush to McDonalds to grab the hot coffee cup to warm my hands up, after some hot coffee, 2 x $1 hamburgers (100 Yen), I’d start feeling human again.
Where I live now, there is a view to the ocean, but air con apparatus is portable and requires for part of window be open - I use some temp. insulation, but sometimes in the middle of the night, insulation opens and I get the ocean / mountain air - I especially notice it when I find my partner doing a body to body with me, I open up my eyes and see her beautiful big, yellow eyes staring at me.
I don’t bother to know if what I’ve been going thru is a Coronavirus or just a ‘normal’ virus. I recall that in 2018, 3 weeks before a trip to Japan, I went thru one of the most painful resp. sys. infections ever - a Chinese man, used a clothes drying machine before me, at coin laundry. Before 48 hours, I had fever and was in a sorry state. Around that time (it was later found thru stored, frozen specimen), that Coronavirus Sars 2 COVID aka CCP Virus or similar, had already gone thru this side of the woods.
CCP Virus’ first strand (Delta) was very mean - I went thru it, I also went thru the Omicron, both I contracted on public transport (train to big city). The 2nd time, I was wearing a well-fitted K-95 breather and virus still went in.
My guess is that if ‘they’ are really up to serious mischief, a really dangerous virus could be released, and the 2019 ~ 2022 BS scam was only a rehearsal. In a 2020 video, I correctly said that the death rate for 2019 CCP Virus was some 1.5% or less. Hard evidence, though not mentioned in MSM is that most people who died 2020 ~ 2022 from ‘COVID’, had other serious medical issues and also found, proved that they were not given the right treatment.
As far as I know, Invermectin, Viamins C,D,E + Zinc can really help a CCP Virus patient, if administered within the first days. Once the lungs are damaged by pneumonia, chances of a good prognosis are severely reduced.
Those first 72 hours are vital. Here in Catalonia, Spain medical assistance is free (I wouldn’t suggest migrating just for that, 14% unemployment now) for all citizens and residents. Extended help is offered for those with social security, I paid some 25 years of social security including 2 part-time workers. Sometimes you can see long lines waiting to be attended, when there is a cold, virus outbreak. Once, I was feeling so bad that I got in line. Doctor was fed up - everyone cam with same BS, she told me to go back home, rest, drink lots of water and I would soon be better.
You must always act upon your own gut-feeling, experience and knowledge unless you ask for advice / treatment from a good professional.
I share my knowledge and experiences (that will be going into curricula and books) in order to help and inform others, when that information can be of use.
My ‘medicines’: paracetamol (acetaminophen) OCT in Spain, Vitamin C from lemons / tablets, long boiled fresh ginger with some honey, chicken soup, veggies, 3 liters of water a day, lots liquid and coffee, patience.
I also cook, walk around, train and shave. Training is soft, relaxed and paused.
I am allergic to pollen and other (respiratory), also affected by some processed foods and chemicals, so I mainly only eat only brown rice, beans, meat, fish, veggies, fruit but of course some days enjoy normal food.
To clean my nostrils, airways I use sterilized saline solution using needle-less syringe, which I store in the fridge. The cold liquid soothes and relieves swollen areas. Nose cavities become swollen due to histamine, which is naturally released by our bodies to protect against external threats (bacteria, virus, etc.).
One important point: In martial arts (self defense), little knowledge can be dangerous!! 3 to 5 years of tatami training, most of the times, are no challenge against experienced street fighters, criminals, terrorists and all those ‘cuties’. Most people train systems with rules and one against one, being careful not to severely harm our training partners. In a dark alley, all cats are pale. Many of these people have seen and lived a lot, one more, on less [murder / death], for them this is a daily thing, while for a ‘normal`person, this is a once in a lifetime experience.
In medicine, like in martial arts little / wrong knowledge can get you killed.
